Queens Hatshepsut (c. 1479-1458 BCE), Nefertari Meritmut ( ? - 1255 BCE), Nefertiti (1370 - 1330 BCE) and Cleopatra (69 - 30 BCE). Meeting four of the women rulers of Ancient Egypt and telling how they gained power in a male-dominated land. Hieroglyphics indicate that Queen Hatshepsut posed as a man through most of her reign. Queen Nefertari Meritmut started her rein as the wife of Ramses The Great. And Cleopatra lost the Egyptian Empire to the Romans. Using stock footage from season 4 shows, the tombs of these four queens are investigated by archaeologists.
